Beyond enabling you to make updates, Personal Web Assistant ™ automatically safeguards your Web site from unwanted or untimely updates, prevents accidental deletion of important information, creates spare copies of all important files, and lets you restore pages to a previous version.

Preview All Changes

Personal Web Assistant ™ provides two complete and independent copies of your Web site. One is the production site that contains the current "live" version of your Web site. The other is the preview site, which is where you can review all updates before they are published to the production site.

All updates you make through Personal Web Assistant ™ are first made to the preview site. When you are happy with the updates as they appear in the preview site, you publish them to the production site in one simple step.

Two copies of your Web site exist: the preview site and the production site.

Automatic Versioning - Go Back in Time

Personal Web Assistant ™ automatically creates spare ("backup") copies of page content. This feature allows you to easily retrieve prior versions of page content, if necessary.

Protection Against Accidental Deletion

Personal Web Assistant ™ does not allow important information to be deleted, including pages and associated page content.

Instead of deleting pages, you can archive them. With this feature, important information is never completely lost. It can be retrieved from the archive, if necessary.

Spare Copies of All Files are Automatically Created

A spare copy of each file uploaded to your Web site (pictures, PDF files, Word documents, etc.) are automatically copied to a backup location. If a file is accidentally deleted, it can be restored.

Safe Photo Editing

The photo management tools included in Personal Web Assistant ™ automatically preserve a spare copy of each photo uploaded to your Web site. You can then crop and rotate photos. Because the spare copy of the original is available, you can easily start over, if necessary.
